Dae Hayes is a maternal mental health advocate, podcast host, and the heart behind Mind Your Own Motherhood—a soul-nurturing podcast created to help mothers heal, grow, and flourish in faith after loss. A wife and mother of three young children, Dae’s motherhood journey has been marked by both deep grief and radical grace. After experiencing infant loss during a season that should have been filled with joy, she found herself in the trenches of sorrow—until she chose to trade grief for God’s grace and beauty for ashes.

Featured on VH1 for sharing her story of loss with vulnerability and hope, Dae now walks boldly in her calling to help other mothers navigate their own healing. Her platform, The Mom Bar, creates safe spaces for moms to feel seen, supported, and spiritually grounded, especially during life’s most tender transitions.
