Ilana Shapiro Yahdav is a grief-informed Motherhood and Identity Coach and the founder of The Non-Linear Journey, a company devoted to helping mothers navigate the emotional ups and downs of matrescence and identity shifts. With a background in grief recovery, matrescence coaching, and her own lived experience as both a mother and a griever, Ilana supports moms through the often-unspoken transitions of motherhood, without judgment, pressure, or perfection, so they can embrace their transformation with intention.

Her signature program, The Mommy Reboot™, combines personalized coaching, grief-informed tools, and a flexible framework to help mothers process invisible grief, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with themselves.
